Gator Boring - UNIVERSAL 160 x 210

This bore was approx. 2200' under the bayou to install 16" HDPE watermain.

We started pulling pipe around 7 am and completed at 8 pm. The pipe string was in 3 sections. So we had to stop twice to make pipe fusion welds.

The pilot hole was guided by wireline guidance. This is a process where wire was sunk under the bayou in pvc conduit to build a grid. Your project doesn't require this because the area is suitable for a walk-over system.

After the pilot hole was drilled, we completed on pre-ream pass and swabbed the hole once.

This watermain in now is service.
